Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, send us an email at
customerservices@sarvaska.com for the reason of return and we will walk you through the method of return as well as start processing your refund.
Damages and issues
Our items very rarely have defects. In the event that it does, please contact us immediately and send us a quick picture and or/video highlighting the problem. Our customer support team will see if it is something that we need to replace. Please send a clear video showing the issue for our team to review at.
If you choose to exchange it, and it is approved, then you do not need to go through the refund process. We will simply ship you a new one.
Concerning Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
We Unfortunately do not offer cancellations on orders as we process our orders to be shipped out very quickly. If there is an issue with your order and you wish to return it, please go through our refund process.
